(Full Time, Monday to Friday) - General Secretary

Overall responsibility for the administration of all the Society’s business and the running of the office.

Laura Paice

(Part Time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm) - Stud Book Secretary

Responsible for all administration in relation to mare & stallion grading, dealing with all breeding issues and all stud book registrations and foaling returns.

Hannah Carmichael

(Full Time, Mondays to Friday ) – Equine Registrations Administrator

Responsible for all identity registrations & Sport Horse Breeding Passport Changes of Ownership. Also administration in relation to show hunter registrations, day tickets and overstamps. 

Tracey Osgood

(Part Time, all day Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 9am to 12 noon Tuesdays & Thursdays) - Qualifying Show Secretary

Responsible for affiliated show administration, panel judges, checking schedules & entries, inputting results. Assistance to the General Secretary in relation to judges’ assessments. General office administration in relation to incoming and outgoing post and general office emails.

Claire Glossop

(Part Time, 30 hours per week)

Responsible for all administration in relation to Changes of Ownership.

Wendy Reeve-Wing

(Part Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsible for maintaining all membership records. Also responsible for collating and binding of DEFRA approved equine passports and registration documents, office filing & general enquiries.
